Therapy for individuals seeking transformative healing

“The kind of change we are after is cellular as well as institutional, is personal and intimate, is collective as well as cultural. We are making love synonymous with justice.” -Prentis Hemphill

About Me

Hello and welcome to my page! I am a therapist providing online counseling for those in Washington state. As a mixed Asian and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming practitioner, my practice is rooted in principles of anti-oppression and collective liberation (see more information under “Therapy Approach”).

I have worked in the fields of social work and psychology for over seven years. Over the course of my career I have worked in a variety of settings with clients of various ages and cultural backgrounds. I earned a masters degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Washington, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago. I am licensed by the Washington State Department of Health as an Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC) License #: SC 61171264.

I offer therapy with adult individuals (18+) and specialize in working with people of color and women/AFAB (assigned female at birth)/non-binary folks.

My therapeutic style is warm and transparent, with space for humor, tears, swearing, and the general messiness of human existence. In my free time, I enjoy books across genres, dancing, cafe hopping, films, and meeting cats.
