About Me

Hello! I provide online therapy to clients in Washington state. As a mixed Asian and queer/LGBTQIA2S+ affirming practitioner, my practice is rooted in principles of anti-oppression, inherent human dignity, and accountability (see more under “Therapy Approach”).

I have worked in the fields of psychology and mental health for over ten years, assisting people of various ages and cultural backgrounds. I opened my own therapy practice in 2021 and have had the deep privilege of getting to know and work alongside many wonderful clients since then.

I offer therapy with adult individuals (18+), and specialize in working with mixed/multiracial people, womxn/AFAB (assigned female at birth) folks, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals.

My therapeutic style is empathetic and transparent, with space for deep thoughts and feelings, big cries, silence, swearing, humor and the general messiness of human existence. In the background of our sessions, you might spot my two kitties- Mimi and Benjamin (Benny). In my free time, I enjoy intentional time in community, dancing, reading, making things with my hands, and oscillating between slow contemplative living and watching Tiktoks.
