About Me

Hello and welcome to my page! I am a therapist providing online counseling for those in Washington state. As a mixed Asian and queer/LGBTQIA2S+ affirming practitioner, my practice is rooted in principles of anti-oppression and collective liberation (see more under “Therapy Approach”).

I have worked in the fields of psychology and mental health for over nine years, assisting people of various ages and cultural backgrounds. I earned a masters degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from the University of Chicago, and am licensed by the Washington State Department of Health as an Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker (LSWAIC) License #: SC 61171264. I opened my own therapy practice in 2021 and have had the privilege of getting to know and work alongside many wonderful clients since then.

I offer therapy with adult individuals (18+), and specialize in working with people of color, including mixed/multiracial people, as well as with women/AFAB (assigned female at birth)/non-binary folks, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent individuals.

My therapeutic style is empathetic and transparent, with space for humor, tears, swearing, and the general messiness of human existence. In my free time, I enjoy books across genres, dancing, watching films, and fulfilling my role as designated cat aunt.
